Grind the chopped coconut with warm water
Step 2: Remove the milk by squeezing the coconut grind. Repeat step 1 and step 2 for at least three times. Now coconut milk is ready. There are many recipes available, one of the famous recipes is coconut milk rice and coconut milk pulao. The general milk rice is called Paal sadam in tamil languages and this is served to kids.
Step 3: Ghee, bay leaf, Lavang, green elachi, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds – saute it. Onion, green chill, garlic, ginger – saute it
Step 4: Tomato, salt, mint leave, coriander powder, turmeric power, red chilli powder, saute it
Step 5: Add water and salt as required
Step 6: Add coconut milk and water as required, cook for 5 min.
Step 7: Add coriander leaves, Coconut milk kurma is ready
