Step 1: Paneer cubes, salt, chilli powder – marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Take a pan, add butter, jeera (cumin), cinnamon, Elachi, cloves, garlic, ginger small – saute it and then add chopped onion, Kashmiri red chilli, tomato, cashew – saute it
Step 3: Add water, salt, cook for 10 min
Step 4: Grind to make a paste, this is also called paneer masala
Step 5: Take a pan, add butter, Kashmiri chilli powder, add grinded paste,
Step 6: Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, saute it
Step 7: Add fresh cream, Kasuri methi, saute it
Step 8: Add marinated paneer cubes, mix it and then cook for 5 min
Step 9: Now, it is ready to serve from the serving bowl
