Step 1: Take 1 cup rice and wash it twice, soak in water for 20 min,
Step 2: Take a vessel, boil 1 litre water and add salt, oil 1tsp,
Step 3: Add soaked rice in boiled water
Step 4: Cook until rice get soft
Step 5: Strain the excess water and let it cool down
Step 6: Take a pan, add oil, finely chopped – onion, garlic and chillies – saute it and then Add carrot, capsicum, beans – saute it
Step 7: Add salt as required, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, saute it
Step 8: Add cooked rice and mix well
Step 9: Add pepper powder, soya sauce, mix well
Step 10: Now, ready to serve
