Here is a step by step procedure with pictures on how to make vegetarian stuffed capsicum recipe with pictures.
Step 1: Roast groundnut for 5 min in medium flame and peel off the skin
Step 2: Grind the peanuts coarsely
Step 3: Add shredded coconut, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, jaggery powdered, salt and tamarind water – mix uniformly.
Step 4: Capsicum stuffing is ready
Step 5: Make top cut of capsicum and remove centre seeds
Step 6: Fill the stuffing inside the capsicum
Step 7: Add tamarind water to the remaining stuffing and make it as a paste for stuffed capsicum with gravy
Step 8: Take a pan, add oil, chopped onion – saute it
Step 9: Add stuffed capsicum and cook for 5 min
Step 10: Add paste mix and salt
Step 11: Cook for 5 min and then add coriander leaves and finally cook again for 2 min
Step 12: And Stuffed capsicum with groundnut masala is ready
