How to make capsicum stuffing

  1. Roast groundnut for 5 min in medium flame and peel off the skin
  2. Grind the peanuts coarsely
  3. Add shredded coconut, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, jaggery powdered, salt and tamarind water – mix uniformly.
  4. Capsicum stuffing is ready

  1. Make top cut of capsicum and remove centre seeds
  2. Fill the stuffing inside the capsicum
  3. Add tamarind water to the remaining stuffing and make it as a paste for stuffed capsicum with gravy

  5. Add stuffed capsicum and cook for 5 min
  6. Add paste mix and salt
  7. Cook for 5 min and then add coriander leaves
