Step 1: Take one kadai / pan in low flame, add pure ghee, wait for ghee to get melted, add cinnamon stick, add bay leaves, cloves, green cardamom, red chilli, saute it in low flame. This is tadka for jeera rice.
Step 2: Take a vessel, add water, add rice, rinse it properly, and after removing the rinse water, now add fresh water to soak the rice for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Drain the water and separate the soaked rice. Now add soaked rice, mix is well, saute it for 1 min
Step 3: Add rice soaked water 1.5 to 2 cup, mix it, stir it well, add salt as required, mix it well.
Step 5: Cover with lid, cook for 5 min with high flame. Similarly, jeera rice recipe in pressure cooker also can be made which is easy way with taste compromise.
Step 5: Remove the lid, stir the mix for uniformity, and then cover the lid, cook in low flame for 5 min. Now Check the rice for its cook, then stop cooking. To bring beautiful smell, add pure ghee and mix well.
