Step 1: Add oil, pure ghee, jeera(cumin), onion – saute it
Step 2: Add garlic ginger, tomato, salt – saute it
Step 3: Add coriander power, turmeric power, red chilli powder, jeera(cumin) powder – saute it.
Step 4: Add carrot, fresh bean – saute it
Step 5: Add potato, cauliflower – saute it
Step 6: Add green peas, salt as required and then Cook for 10 min
Step 7: Add red and yellow capsicum and paneer cubes. Cook for 5 min and then add garam masala and cook for 2 min
Step 8: Mix veg with paneer recipe dhaba style is ready to serve
