- Grind the chopped coconut with warm water
- Remove the milk by squeezing the coconut grind. Repeat step 1 and step 2 for at least three times.

- Water Coconut – ½
- Pure Ghee – 3 tsp
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Bay Leaf – 2
- Lavang – 1
- Green Elaichi – 2

- Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
- Onion – 1pc small (finely chopped)
- Green chilli – 2 pc (finely chopped)
- Garlic – 5 pc (finely chopped)

- Tomato – 1 pc
- Salt as required
- Mint leaves – 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

- Coconut milk remains / residue can be used to make either coconut chutney or kurma
